Look here for information! Friday, October 15 Arrival day, starting the meeting at 17:00 with opening ceremonies Opening the 10th Network meeting, connecting. Dinner at the hotel. Saturday, October 16 Landscaping and working together * Meeting Landscape: crossing the Corinthian Canal. Lunch at the hotel. Meeting and working together. Dinner * The content of this day will be presented in details later – the main idea is to have the chance to work together on the spot and on specific cases. Sunday, October 17 Learning from each other. Morning and afternoon: Parallel workshops in Open Space. Presenting your experience in working with Appreciative Approach and Strength Based Change* Lunch at the hotel, free time. Sharing learning in the big group. Evening: Starting the Network day preparation. Dinner *You are invited to present your experience, ways of work, cases, in all fields of applying Appreciative Approach, in 1 up to 1,5 hour workshops. Please, send us your interest and a title/short summary for your presentation, so we can make a first programming of the workshops. Of course in the process more themes may come up, but we need to know your wish to present a workshop until 31/7/10. Monday, October 18 Network Day. We have prepared our suggestions concerning the Network’s organization, i.e. Steering committee/committees Values Purpose and meaning of the network, not only for its members, but also for the community as a whole. Membership/sponsorship issues Ideas around creating co-operation groups, regarding working together in physical or virtual teams, i.e. Forming lists of people interested in co-operation, Actions in spreading “the idea” Gathering and sharing stories of “what works well” Collecting and sharing resources material One person to be responsible in each group, changing every 6 months, for the communication in-between the meetings Of course there is plenty of room for more suggestions and ideas around discussing our Network’s function! 18:00 Closing ceremony 20:00 Dinner	Visa större karta
Practicalities Price per person: in double room 413 Euros incl VAT in single room 493 Euros incl VAT This includes 4 nights at Hotel Pappas (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mo) with breakfast and dinner 3 lunches at the hotel Tavern 1 dinner out in a traditional tavern in the village of Ancient Korinthos Coffee breaks Conference room with projector, wireless connection and microphone supply Corinthian Canal crossing and the stories about it in a conducted tour Special night at the hotel with Greek dancing Bus transfer for group transportations Alternatives: Possibility of visiting Acropolis and/or the Acropolis Museum on Tuesday 19/10, i.e. transfer with bus to Athens Tuesday morning, guidance by a certified English speaking guide and transfer with bus to the airport on Tuesday afternoon. The price for this will be 35 € per person and it will be organized upon request, depending on the number of participants (min 20 persons) and on the time tables of your departures of course, which means that you plan your departures accordingly, if you are interested. (bus arrival time at the airport: 14:00) One night less, either Friday or Monday, is 59 Euros less per person in double room and 79 Euros less per person in single room. Rooms at the Hotel Pappas before Fri the 15th and after Mo the 18th are available upon request.
